They are selected based on their language skills, studies and capacity to deal with last minute emergencies with a can-do, positive attitude.Their tasks responsibilities include:
• Preparation of the conference kits
• Registration of participants
• Preparation and distribution of badges
• Preparation of the conference room
• Assistance in the conference room
• Assist participants and manage the flux during the breaks
• Cloakroom attendance
• Assist event manager with overall coordination of the event
• Accurately and efficiently respond to participants questions and concerns
• Maintain communication with venue managers
• Wrap up the event and manage all the materials related to it
